Mazzo Gaming General Sports Betting Rules

ACCEPTANCE AND SETTLEMENT OF BETS

1. All bets are made using EURO (EUR). The minimum bet you can make is EUR 0,10 and the maximum bet on one slip is EUR 3000.
2. MazzoGaming will accept single bets on most objects, however some objects will call for minimum double or triple bets. Most objects can be part of multiple bets (accumulators).
3. Ten – or tenfolds – is the highest number of betting objects accepted in a combination.
4. A bet is valid only after MazzoGaming has accepted it. Be aware that residents of Malta, USA and the Netherlands are not allowed to place bets with us.
5. Multiple bets will not be accepted where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to the outcome of another. If such a bet is accepted by mistake, the bet is considered void.
6. MazzoGaming odds are fixed at the time the bet is made and as such, the odds cannot be revised once the bet has been accepted.
7. The maximum net win for bets placed the same day is EUR 25 000. This applies regardless of whether the system has accepted the bets.
8. You must have sufficient funds in the client’s sportsbetting account before a bet can be made.
9. The client cannot change or cancel a bet once a bet has been confirmed by MazzoGaming.
10. If the following circumstances play out, all bets will be void, and all stakes returned to the player's account. Should a void betting object be a part of a multiple bet, all the outcomes will be settled at the odds 1.00 and the rest of the multiple bet will be valid:
a. If a bet has been placed after the start of an event, even if the bet has been accepted.
b. If an obvious error due to misprint, misunderstanding or server failure has been made in the prices or conditions.
c. Where MazzoGaming is convinced that a syndicate has placed bets, in order to exceed the win limits.
d. Where MazzoGaming is convinced that match rigging or other inappropriate actions has affected the result or betting of an outcome.
e. If the betting object is postponed, cancelled or discontinued and not completed within the time limit for that sport (see specific sport rules).
11. MazzoGaming reserves the right to accept or refuse all or part of any bet requested. MazzoGaming is not permitted to place bets on behalf of others. We reserve the right to void bets placed by robots at our own discretion.
12. Dead heat: “Dead heat" refers to a situation in which the stake money on a selection is divided by the number of runners involved. The full odds are then paid to the divided stake, with the remainder of the stake money being lost.
13. First goal scorer: In this situation, the champion is deemed to be the player who scores the first goal of the match. If the first goal is an own goal, all bets played on the first goal scorer are considered losing. If there is a dispute over who is the first goal scorer, the bets will be settled according to the organizing authority's match report. Bets on players who have not participated in the game before a goal is scored are void.
14. Correct Score: Bets made on a Correct Score are determined by the score at the end of normal time.
15. Over/Under totals: Goals or points scored on extra time and penalty shoot-outs do not count unless otherwise stated. If odds are offered for a group of matches, all games must be completed or bets will be void.

DISPUTES

16. Customers have thirty-one (31) days to make claims about wagers placed or settled. All claims must be brought directly to MazzoGaming and no claims will be honoured after the thirty-one day period has lapsed.
17. Any matters not covered by these rules or by the contents of the Internet site will be resolved by MazzoGaming on an individual basis on the basis of equity.
18. MazzoGaming takes no responsibility for damages caused, directly or indirectly, by our web site or its contents. This includes transaction errors, delays or inaccessibility to reach the web site or other damages caused by malfunction of our system.
