Cash out to via Bank Transfer

Bank transfer allows you to have money sent directly to your bank account. The process is straightforward: Simply make sure that you provide us with your banking details. You may do this online from the main account. Please keep in mind that it could take a couple of days for the money to arrive in your account.

Also note that as of January 1st 2007, IBAN (International Bank Account Number) was made mandatory for all international payments in Euro for all countries in the EU/EEA (European Union/European Economic Area). Therefore, you must provide your IBAN in bank information for us to be able to process your bank withdrawal.

If you don’t know your IBAN, you can request it from your bank. It is also listed on your bank statement.

Cash out to your Visa

You may also choose to withdrawal funds to your VISA account. The withdrawal is limited to the total amount deposited using this method.

Should you wish to use another method of payment, you can use your VISA to refund the amount deposited. Any winnings on top of this will be paid out as requested. Please note it can take a couple of days until the money arrives on your account.

MasterCard policy does not make it possible to use them as a method of refunding, so unfortunately we can not offer them as a withdrawal option.

Cash out using Neteller
