Who can play at MazzoGaming?

To play at MazzoGaming you must have reached the legal minimum age of your country. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept players from Malta, Costa Rica and the USA.

Why Do I Need to Register?

Registering at MazzoGaming lets you use all the products available on the site. Registration entitles you to open a MazzoGaming account at no charge and with no obligations. Use the account to manage personal details and all activities.

Why Do I Need to Provide Personal Data When Registering?

You need to enter your personal details correctly before you can use our services. Your money is managed on your MazzoGaming account, just as it is in your bank account. We need your first and surname, as well as your current residential address. Enter your date of birth to verify that you are of legal age to use the services of MazzoGaming. If you forget your password or want us to send you notifications, we will be able to get in touch with you by e-mail.

How Is My Data Protected?

MazzoGaming uses all the available state-of-the-art security measures to provide you with optimal protection at all times. A firewall protects your personal details against unauthorized access by third parties at all times.

Can I Change My User ID?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Every user ID can be assigned only once at MazzoGaming. Once you have successfully registered, you need to continue with that account and keep the corresponding user ID.

What Can I Do If I Forget My User ID?

Simply send a message to our support team. A member of our staff will contact you promptly.

Can I Change My Fundamental Data?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your fundamental data (first name, surname and date of birth) after the registration. All other data could be changed after the registration.
In exceptional cases MazzoGaming verify and accept the changes of your fundamental data.

Can I Change My Password?

Yes, you can change your password at any time by logging in and going to your "Account – Account Management - Password" page. We advise you to change your password periodically.

What Can I Do If I Forget My Password?

If you forget your password, you may request a new one. Simply click on "Lost Password?" on the home page and follow the instructions. You will be sent a new password via e-mail shortly. To request a new password you need to answer the personal question that you specified during registration. Please note your new password will be sent to the e-mail address that you specified in your registration. For this reason, always make sure to use an active e-mail address in your MazzoGaming account.

Why Do I Need A Personal Question-/Answer-Combination?

Your answer to your personal question offers additional protection for your data. You will be asked your personal question whenever you forget your user ID and/or password.

Can I Change My Personal Question-/Answer-Combination?

Yes. You can login and change your password at any time under “Account – Account Management – Password.”
