Do I need to enable cookies?

Yes. We use a cookie stored in your browser during your session in our bingo hall in order to distinguish you from the other users who are logged on.

Do you protect my privacy?

You bet. We keep your information confidential and never resell your information. We will only contact you according to the preference you select when you sign-up. Our newsletter is sent only to players who accepted subscription.

How can I be sure that the results are really random?

Our bingo uses a random number generator (RNG) to determine the outcome of the games. Our RNG is certified by independent third parties. Please see our certifications here.

How do I remove a bet if I change my mind?

You can’t. Once you have selected a number of bingo tickets and clicked ”buy”, you’re automatically playing in the upcoming round.

How to empty my browsers cache?

Each browser has its own way to clean the cache, and some have different names for it. Internet Explorer calls it the "Temporary Internet Files folder". There is information on how to empty the cache of some of the more popular browsers.

Internet Explorer 6.0: launch Explorer.
Select "Tools" from the menu.
Select "Internet Options".
Select "General" under the sub-menu of the new window that appears.

Under "Temporary Internet Files", click "Delete Files".
Check "Delete all offline content".
Click the "OK" button.
Close all of your Internet Explorer browsers and start up a fresh one. For information about other versions of IE and other browsers, please check their respective Help section.

I don't have Flash. How do I get it?

You ma download and install the Flash player from Adobe.

I lost my password? What do I do?

Not to worry! Simply go to the Cashier and visit the Lost Password section to retrieve your password.

Is it free to register?

Absolutely. You can try out our bingo games in the demo version by choosing not to buy any tickets in the client when the game starts. Doing this does not require you to make a deposit.

The game has frozen or displays an error message. The bingo looks strange or I am receiving an error while navigating. What do I do?

First, try to determine why you could be experiencing this problem. There could be a number of reasons, including:

  • Your Internet connection was disrupted.  Try to go to the bingo lobby, and then back to the game again. 
  • You have outdated or erroneous files in your browser cache: empty the cache. 
  • Your were timed out from the bingo. Login again. 
  • A problem in your browser. Close down all browser windows and start it up again.
  • A problem with your computer. Restart the computer.

What are the minimum wagering requirements for the bonus to be released?

What happens if a game is disrupted before it is finished. For example, what if my Internet connection is broken?

The next time you log in to the bingo games, the game you were in will replay so that you can see what happened when you weren’t online. You can always go to “My Games” to see the outcome of all the rounds you have participated in, including any that ended when you were off line or away from your computer.

Which software do I need?

Since our bingo games use a flash based pop-up, you can play on any computer without having to download any bingo software. You do, however, require a web browser (for example Internet Explorer or Firefox) and Flash 9 installed on your computer. Our bingo solution is optimized for a screen size of 800x600 or higher. A sound card enhances the experience, but is not necessary.

Who can play bingo online?

To play bingo online you must be at least 18 years, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
