Mazzo Gaming Online Poker Software FAQ

What happens if I get disconnected?

MazzoGaming has done everything possible to create a gaming environment which you can have fun and feel secure with the knowledge you are protected in the event you lose the connection to the game server while playing. Our House Policies detail what happens in such a situation.

What is the recommended screen setting?

For optimal clairty, MazzoGaming should be viewed with a minimum screen resolution setting of 800 x 600 pixels. This will give you a "full screen" view. This is what most computers are set to automatically. However, in some cases this setting may hinder your ability to pull up other programs while playing.
In order to reduce the image to a "normal" view, you will need to set your screen display to 1024 X 768. This will allow you the use other programs while playing. To change your current settings, you may do the following:

• Click on the Windows Start menu button on your desktop
• Select Settings
• Click on Control Panel
• Select Display from the available menu
• The Display Properties window will come up
• Select Settings
• At the bottom right of the window you will see a section called Screen Area displaying an arrow-like symbol with Less and More on each side.
• Point with the mouse on the arrow, and change your screen resolution to "1024x 768" pixels.
• Once you have selected the desired resolution, click on Apply and then OK.
• Windows will give you a preview of the new settings and will prompt you to agree with the new settings by clicking on OK (You will have approximately 15 seconds to choose before Windows will restore the original settings)

If you are unable to select a resolution higher than "800 x 600" pixels, you will have to contact your manufacturer and request to upgrade your graphic card.
Once you have completed these steps successfully, you may find you need to reboot your computer to ensure that the new settings are effectively applied.

Play Poker directly in your web browser

We’ve recently added a browser based version of our games which means you don’t need to download or install the software to play - you can simply connect to the Internet from any computer with web accessibility and play directly from our website. This makes enjoying our games easier when you are not at home. This browser based version has the exact same functions as our downloadable version. To start playing poker in your browser simply follow the poker client link or on the banner displayed below.

Please note that the first time you run the browser version it will take approximately 1-2 minutes before it starting. Be sure to keep the browser open and running during this time.

Things to keep in mind about the web based browser:

  1. Security Certificate
The first time you start our web based browser, a security certificate will pop-up looking like this:
    popup eng
B2B Poker Sweden AB is in charge of developing the software and we recommend that you click on “Always”.
  2. The Download
The first time you run the browser based version it may take some time before the program starts since your computer must download the graphics. Closing your browser during this time will terminate the download and the program will fail to begin so be sure to keep the browser open after the program starts.
  3. To Play Poker Online
The web based browser has the same features as the downloadable software (except for Player Notes), but it may take some extra time to for it to start. For a walkthrough of the software, visit our Game Tour section.
